Our client-focused approach is a big part of our success. "It's very unusual for us to do a one-off project with a client," says COO Robert Lundgren. "Once people find out what great work we do, they come back again and again."
Unlike many production companies that subcontract all of their "below-the-line" operations, RIVR Media is a full-service, vertically integrated production company. We hold down our costs without sacrificing quality because we have our own state-of-the-art production studios equipped with cameras, lights, non-linear editing suites, and audio mastering suites. RIVR Media has the staff and the technical expertise to produce single camera documentaries, multi camera live-to-tape studio series, and complex multi-camera, location-based "events."
Our RIVR Media Interactive (RMI) division creates rich media solutions for our clients. We deliver results that enhance a brand, turn window-shoppers into customers, and achieve a competitive advantage. RMI moves from concept to completion seamlessly with services including interactive media consulting, interactive creative development, Flash services, and web site development. We strongly believe our projects should reflect the values and spirit of the organizations they represent, so we spend a lot of time on the front end getting to know a client's needs. That way, the product we deliver is on the mark and becomes an invaluable asset. From an award-winning educational series produced in partnership with Duke University's Talent Identification Program to interactive instructional tools for the nation's top universities and leading corporations, RMI is bridging the gap between information provided and information retained.
Being headquartered in Knoxville is also an advantage. Our rates are typically lower than most East or West Coast production companies; and being outside the traditional "production hubs" gives us a level of freedom that makes it easier to think outside the box and bend the rules when necessary.
