Cinetel Productions is sold to Scripps Howard - a national media company looking to headquarter and launch its newly formed cable network HGTV.
After the acquisition, the Bagwells form a new television production and development company called Bagwell Entertainment LLC / Ross Television Productions, and continue producing for a variety of cable networks, including HGTV.
